Our Mission
We believe happiness grows from within. Our team supports young people to develop independence, rebuild family connections, and find peace in nature and community.
We encourage outdoor activities such as hiking, walking, sports, and creative arts to help young people reconnect with themselves and the world.
Who We Support
Care leavers aged 18+ with a variety of needs, including those with complex backgrounds.
We’re not yet Ofsted registered, but preparing for our 2026 inspection.

Council Reviews & Success Stories
Our Hearts Are Open
At Care in Hearts Housing, our work starts with the heart. We see the good in every young person, nurture it with compassion, and help it grow through connection, stability, and nature. Every individual is welcomed with warmth, dignity, and belief in their potential. Our heart-led approach inspires belonging, rebuilds confidence, and opens doors to brighter, more independent futures.

Growing Through Nature
When you look after something, it grows — whether it’s a plant, a future, or yourself. We guide young people to rediscover beauty in the world and move away from materialistic pressures.
2026 Charity Fundraiser
In 2026, we’ll be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge — a 26-mile hike across Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in one day. We’re doing this challenge in memory of a close friend we sadly lost. This hike is for him, and for anyone struggling with their mental health. The photos below is from a hike we did together as his friends, in his honour — a reminder of why this cause means so much to us. In the past, we’ve completed Snowdonia and raised money for care leavers. This year, we’re focusing on mental health and raising funds for Andy’s Man Club, a charity offering life-saving support for men across the UK. We hope this challenge helps raise awareness, start conversations, and support the incredible work being done for men’s wellbeing.
